Fast forward

• Change placeholder text to "Auf Antwort warten..."
• Add an fast forward button to input area while waiting for answers
• After clicking the fast forward button the first time an explanation dialog should be shown
• After confirming the explanation dialog or clicking the fast forward button once again, the conversation should continue directly without waiting for delays or typing simulation
• The in-game currency should be charged (amount is TBD)
