Hebrew ScriptShifter Feedback Report - Switch Default Transliteration?

To introduce a question that perhaps only a Hebrew language expert can answer, should we switch the default transliteration from Rabbinic to Modern? The modern transliteration is the submitted expected result.

I don't have the authority to make that decision, but if the catalogers decide that the modern version should be the default, making that change will be quite easy.
