Issue with $b when transliterating from Chinese

ScriptShifter would put $b to $bi when romanizing Chinese, see example:

This is actually in the mapping on https://github.com/lcnetdev/scriptshifter/blob/main/scriptshifter/tables/data/_chinese_base.yml#L47444 :

    "\u0062": "bi "

Where \u0062 is b. @tventimi Do you know if this is intentional?

I think it is probably safe to remove any entry that does not contain any Chinese characters. I'm not sure exactly what this entry is for, but like the example in #272, it is probably not relevant in the applications SS would be used for.

There are some cases where an entry could contain a mix of Chinese and roman characters. (e.g. X光 = X guang = X-ray). and these may be worth keeping, but I can't see any use for entries mapping roman to roman.

I commented on #272 before I read this, so that comment applies to both.

Non-mapped characters are copied verbatim, so there is no need to add them to the mapping.

Based on what you say, I could remove all the entries that I found on #272 (note however that those are only lines containing ASCII characters, not other non-Chinese characters). I will wait for your confirmation before I do that.
