Add playback to youtube music client (WEB_REMIX)

It looks like it uses the same type of requests as youtube itself so it shouldnt be that hard i think.
The quality of Youtube Music is a lot better than Youtube and would allow of using lavalink / lavaplayer as desktop applications because as of right now the quality (even when every setting is set to max) is not the best.
It supports anonymous playback and can play songs without ads (using an adblocker) see https://github.com/th-ch/youtube-music it works without ads and without signing in.

I hope we can get Youtube Music playback soon!

Hey, is this gonna get reopened soon? I noticed there even is a Todo at the YouTube music client to implement playback and it seems to be using the same logic (same URLs / playback URLs) and every YouTube music link works on YouTube and vice versa, so on every music.youtube.com/watch?v=123 you can remove the music prefix and it will work just fine.
