Data Manager Workbench - Core Decoupling Layer

Problem: Need central data orchestration layer inspired by DeepLynx for plugin decoupling.

Solution: Build Data Manager Workbench plugin:

• Data connectors (sync data between plugins)
• Data pipelines (multi-step transformations)
• Data subscriptions (plugin-to-plugin data flows)
• Validation and compatibility checking
• Example: Requirements to Individuals connector

Critical: First plugin to migrate, enables all other decoupling
