I am running a user defined version of dfnWorks where the fractures are determined based on a polygons.dat file. This file is used to feed nPoly, permeability, and nPolygons in the driver.py file.
It's possible that the polygons made from this file are rejected based on size or are isolated fractures and are rejected due to that. I am running into an IndexError when Inserting User Poly Hydraulic Params because one or more fractures are rejected during meshing. I will post a screenshot as well as post relevant log files.
In the test case below, we start with 12 fractures and 1 is rejected due to being isolated.
