What happens when a streaming connection ends? 

Thanks very much for your article and this repo! This is definitely very exciting.

My question is what happens when the long-lived streaming connection ends, for whatever reason? Is it possible to reconnect somehow and resume streaming fragments periodically when there's a mutation in the database?

Also, can a fragment seamlessly replace an existing slot fragment?
