[Events] Broader parsing capabilities for Start/End time

Currently a very strict regex is used to parse events that has as a result minor variations from the original format to cause inaccurate parsing and loss of information.

It should be a noop, to encourage people posting on https://community.lambdaspace.gr to follow the appropriate format, but history has shown that this has not acted as a guideline but just as an annoyance as the event times are not parsed correctly.

Actionables:

• Parse more diverse formatting for Start/End time of events
