Fix .h file missing when program name is a path

When we try to generate a program passing an external folder as the program name all files but .h are created.

@heittpr I think now we can focus on expanding this issue to the other languages! It would be interesting to check whether this also occurs in the following languages.

Keep in mind that the PR you made is for the main branch, which only includes the C language.
