[Bug]: Element doesn't preserve audio channels of sub graph nodes

### What happened?

If I create a subgraph with more than two channels, after reloading Element, I can only see two channels with lost connections. If I add more audio channels, it causes glitches in connections: I connect a channel to another channel, but it connects to a third one.
