Known regressions in the Rust version

Here is a list of the features that are still missing compared to the C++ version. I have mentioned some of these before, but I thought it would be good to have a list that we can refer to when we want to make a new release.

• Reads can only be in FASTQ format. Implement FASTA input #536
• Option --index-statistics does not exist
• Python bindings are missing
• Reading compressed input is slower than before because we do not use ISA-L Use ISA-L even in the Rust version #561
