Add real-time status updates in TUI

Implement live updates from MQTT in the TUI.

Requirements

• Connect TUI to existing MQTT monitoring
• Update UI components as data arrives
• Smooth animations for progress changes
• Handle connection status per printer
• Efficient rendering to prevent flicker

Acceptance Criteria

• TUI reflects real-time printer status
• Progress bars animate smoothly
• Temperature updates without redrawing entire screen
• Connection loss shown immediately
• No performance degradation with updates
• Timestamps show last update time
