JS to Wasm Transition

We have created a client site with React before, but it is not aligned with our commitment to use 100% Rust, so I decided to make this transition. We will spend more time on development but less time on bug, vulnerability, and performance issues later down the road. Moreover, I am very curious about everything Rust. Below is my to-do list.
