Internal links point to a local webserver and will not work

All internal links will link to a local webserver (example http://127.0.0.1:61103/docs/introduction/welcome) when using the from-build option and as such do not work.

Is it possible to remove all hyperlinks from the pdf document? That would be fine for me at least. Else maybe we can maybe have an option to provide a domain such that the hyperlinks will point to an online version (--online-domain my.domain.io)?

[Options to solve]

1. Jump inside PDF page (Assign corresponding page number in PDF when creating PDF for hyperlink)
2. Jump to online version
