Bump version to 0.6.1 and update dev dependencies

- Update @eslint/js, @rollup/plugin-terser, @stylistic/eslint-plugin, and other dev deps
- Remove unnecessary rule overrides for no-extraneous-class and no-unnecessary-type-parameters
- Add SwitchCase: 0 option to @stylistic/indent rule
