[Feature request]: Navbar component

Would it be possible to add a navbar component? To me it seems to be missing in the docs, or at least some guidance how your are supposed to build it yourself with maybe the "utils and helpers".

ps: I'm a backend developer so my CSS skills with grid and flexbox are quite limited.

Yep, like @kitswas said, this is already possible. I've updated the docs site at https://oat.ink with a demo nav.
