Feature Request: Optional external components (Carousel and Date Picker) for oat

I understand that oat is meant to stay small and minimal (~10KB), and that new components should be discussed before adding them.
I’ve been experimenting with two components a Carousel and a Date Picker and wanted to start a discussion first before going further.

Hi @tusharneje-07. You can create your own components that work with oat's base styles and base WebComponent and host them separately. External components can be listed here in the docs: https://oat.ink/extensions/
