Describe the bug
[1.20.1] Blacksmith not upgrading the Guardian more than once

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. get a guardian familiar
2. have it try upgrading more than 1 time
3. cant upgrade more than 1 time due to the entity having hasBlacksmithUpgrade: 1b or incorrect code

Expected behavior
upgrade to 5 lives, was able to upgrade from 1 -> 2, but then it didnt continue

Not exactly a bug, since it functions as intended in version 1.20

In version 1.21, the blacksmith received some buffs to his upgrades (including this issue), needs a backport of this

But that reminded me of a real bug in that version, the guardian in a familiar ring makes the player immortal, fixed here, backport would also be important
