When clicking Generate Commit Message in the Git Source Control panel, two options with the same label are displayed. However, only the second option functions correctly, while the first option does not trigger any action. This creates confusion for users and results in inconsistent behavior.

Expected Result
Only one Generate Commit Message option should be displayed, or both options should function identically.

Actual Result
Two options with the same label are shown, but the first option is non-functional.

Open Kiro.
Click the Git Source Control side menu.
Click Generate Commit Message with AI.
Observe that two options with the same label are displayed.

Expected Behavior

When clicking Generate Commit Message with AI from the Git Source Control menu, only a single option should be displayed. Selecting the option should consistently generate a commit message without any duplicate or non-functional menu entries.
