Cancelling plan issue

Bug Description

Hi,
Last month, I changed my billing plan to Kiro Free, but as it's the first of the month today, it shows here that I am still on the Kiro Pro+ plan and that I have a new 2000 credits.
This happened even if I have followed the same steps in the troubleshooting page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open https://kiro.dev/
2. go to settings
3. click on manage plan
4. click on update subscription
5. select kiro free -> continue -> confirm

Expected Behavior

Today, 1st f June, I will have only 50 credits from the kiro free plan.

Both issues relate to billing/payment problems with the Kiro service - one about payment compliance issues and the other about plan cancellation not working properly
