, the extension host crashed or prompted for restart/bisect.

Steps to Reproduce:
Opened spec file:
tasks.md
Asked Kiro to implement task: "Display current scaling level"
Kiro began reading files and making modifications to laravel - no-control-panel/app/Http/Controllers/Admin/VideoProcessingController.php
During execution, received notification about "restart extension host" or "bisect"
Expected Behavior:
Task should complete without extension host crash

Actual Behavior:
Extension host crashed or became unstable, prompting restart/bisect notification
