Bug Description

My Amazon Builder ID was temporarily suspended due to unusual activity.
AWS Billing and AWS Support confirmed that my account is now unsuspended.

Amazon Q Developer works correctly on the web.
However, Amazon Q Developer in Visual Studio Code still shows:
"Your User ID is temporarily suspended."

I cleared VS Code cache, reinstalled the Amazon Q extension, re-authenticated, and rebooted.
The issue persists only in the IDE.

This appears to be an IDE entitlement not being re-enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Visual Studio Code
  2. Open the Amazon Q (Kiro) extension
  3. Sign in using Personal account (Amazon Builder ID)
  4. Type any message in the chat and send it
  5. Observe the error message indicating the User ID is temporarily suspended

Expected Behavior

Amazon Q Developer should respond normally in Visual Studio Code, the same way it works on the web interface.
