Feature: Plugin Configuration should be displayed near the plugins #581
Description
Currently, in order to access the plugin configuration screen, users need to click on the tenant name at the top right and click on the "Plugin Configuration" tab:
This is a bit confusing and hard to find. We do have a "Plugins" link on the left nav:
This takes users to the list of all plugins:
It would be good to have the plugin configuration on this screen. As an end user, I would expect the plugin configuration to be accessible via the "Plugins" link and not by clicking on the tenant name.
