3.0.24-b496919 -- Issues while installing plugins

Noticed these issues while installing plugins.

• On both my localhost ( windows ) and the QA machine : When you click on Install Plugin, it loads a spinner at the top of the plugins area but also at the right for all the currently installed plugins. May be we can show a spinner in a pop up screen in the middle of the screen etc.

• After the operation is complete, message to reload the page appears. However, in Windows localhost, even after reloading the page, the new plugin does not appear. One has to restart the Tomcat instance and then the plugin appears. In QA, the plugin appears after reload itself.
