calendar event notification

Is it possible to add tracking for an upcoming calendar event. This would be a much needed feature for reminders of events on third party platforms.

I too am looking for event reminders to be sent by webhook. Right now, options are limited to email or browser notification. Webhook would allow me to send to my slack, etc. In Switzerland, Infomaniak offers this feature and I believe their code is open source and based on either Nextcloud or own cloud. I will be willing to put bounty on this to build the feature.
