Stop relying on NNTP to extract data from lore.kernel.org

the lore support relies on NNTP instead of the git trees (used by things like bugbot) and/or lei (either in general or for searches)

Support for NNTP in python was phased out into a separate lib and we suspect the service on lore.kernel.org at some (maybe distant) point will be abandoned
