Multiple source directories

I was wondering if its possible to include multiple directories with different template locations? Our app is pretty modular and organization of template is pretty much directory-based. It would be great if multiple template locations can be provided inside configuration section.

Sorry for the delay - been really snowed under. This sounds like part of what the 'join' goal of the plugin is meant to do. Can you explain what would need to change to make it work for you?
