Option to turn Logging On/Off

Hello, looking at the log, I see that the app is very frequently looging the same info (see pic), which is unneeded and wastes storage space.

Describe the solution you'd like
Don't log so frequently, specially if the status hasen't changed.
Also add a setting for turning logging On/Off .

I would be open to adding an option to disable the logging but it looks like those are just checks that are ran when the home or settings pages are opened. If the app isn't being used and monitoring isn't enabled then there would be no logs being created. Also, the logs are limited to 1000 lines, which means that it shouldn't ever be using more than 1 MB of storage.

Ah Ok, I thought that it was constantly logging repeated entries every X seconds.
Anyway it would be good to have an option to turn off logging, and only enable it if there's any problem.
