I use the app for emergencies when i am hiking. However i hike in areas where there is no cell service. So i have the app running on my house mobile phone. I set it and go out hiking. If i don't get back home to turn it off. It sends out an sos with my hiking plan.
But that means i always have to go home to turn it off. It would be nice if i could text my house mobile phone to turn off the alarm.
I also use the same set up for internet dating. I set up the house mobile phone to send out info on my date and where i expect to be. If i don't come home and turn it off. It sends out an alarm. Which is a problem of the date goes really good and I don't want to go home. (Which is why i started leaving the house phone in my car when going on a date lol). But it still would be nice to turn off the alarm via a text message.
(Never take the alarm device on a date. If anything goes wrong the first thing they would do is break any phone on you then no :( alarm )
Just a text from a preferred number with a code word to delay or turn off the alarm. One or the other, or both if you are ambitious. Should not be crazy hard
