This is the reminder of my action items.

• Yaml format network configuration
• Limit the range of F0 in Mel-spectrogram
• Rich upsampling layer (stack of conv and deconv)
• Lightweight WaveRNN
• Single Gaussian WaveNet
• Parallel WaveNet with Single Gaussian WaveNet

If I have a free time, I will implement the above items.
