Installation on newer versions of Eclipse

Hi! I got an error trying to install the plugin (1.0.0.201505150022) on a recent version of STS (4.20.0), Eclipse Platform is "4.29.0.v20230903-1000". I got the following message:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: Otros Log Viewer Eclipse Integration 1.0.0.201505150022 (eu.tendera.olv.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.201505150022)
  Missing requirement: OtrosLogViewerPlugin 1.0.0 (eu.tendera.olv.plugin 1.0.0) requires 'osgi.bundle; javax.servlet 3.0.0' but it could not be found
  Cannot satisfy dependency:
    From: Otros Log Viewer Eclipse Integration 1.0.0.201505150022 (eu.tendera.olv.feature.feature.group 1.0.0.201505150022)
    To: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu; eu.tendera.olv.plugin [1.0.0,1.0.0]

I was able to install this on an earlier STS/Eclipse version (STS 4.8.1, Eclipse platform 4.17.0.v20200902-1800). I was able to import this installation into the newer STS installation and install it successfully though.

I had to install this from a zip file I made from the "update site" files, because the firewall where I work will not allow any Eclipse updates - can an archive zip file be made available somewhere?

Does the plugin need to be updated to accommodate newer Eclipse versions?
