The bin compiled from this Dockerfile seems to be available only on X86 or X64? I tested it on armv7 and it's not available for sure.

You can take a look at 7-Zip in Debian Salsa: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/7zip/-/tree/debian/21.03_beta+dfsg-5/debian

Their scripts seem to suggest you can just CROSS_COMPILE="<HOST-TRIPLE>-", e.g.:

make CROSS_COMPILE="arm-linux-gnueabihf-" -f ../../cmpl_clang.mak

Debian also seem to be avoiding the ASM files entirely but assuming they work for your architecture you could give them a go.
