503 : Service Unavailable Rate Limit error when trying to view any item from https://github.com/Carreau/ipython-wiki/blob/master/A-gallery-of-interesting-IPython-Notebooks.md
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Visit any of the links, e.g. https://nbviewer.org/github/ogrisel/parallel_ml_tutorial/blob/master/solutions/01%20-%20An%20Introduction%20to%20Predictive%20Modeling%20in%20Python.ipynb
Expected behavior
Display the notebook
Additional context
Seems like it was an issue in the past, and attributed at least partially to a bot eating up the api calls. May have a bad bot situation again.
