While trying to use getDownstreamNetwork(), after a while, the analysis stops and shows the following error message:
Error: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
In addition: Warning message:
Please consider using the new package "gprofiler2". At the moment you are using a deprecated package relying on outdated data.

As the package gprofiler2 is already installed and loaded in my session, the issue seems to come directly from the package CoExpNets itself.
R version 4.3.1 (2023-06-16)
