The screenshot retention setting currently offers several short-duration options, but it should better match poweruser workflows where pasted screenshots may remain useful for longer debugging, UI review, or comparison sessions.
Proposed options
Update the Screenshot retention dropdown to use exactly these options:

Do not include an Until sent option.
Notes
- Keep the UI language in English.
- Ensure existing saved values migrate cleanly if removed options such as
30 seconds or 15 minutes are currently selected.
- Confirm the selected value is reflected consistently in settings storage and composer cleanup behavior.
- Avoid making
Forever the default unless it already was the user's saved preference.
