How to get the applications running? #1

Hi James,
I read your blogpost about scaling-scala-java project and the benchmarks. I was interested to take a look and to try out your setup. But I didn't got the applications running. Another point is that you don't explain in detail your setup. Are all server running on the same Workstation/Notebook? Do you start the Play-Applications (search,payment) in the 'Play-Shell'?
I could not start the applications with version 2.0.4 of PLAY. Can you please make it possible to run with a stable and released version of PLAY.
I'm totally new to Play and have no experience with the Framework. Some more details can save hours to me.
