Add GitHub wiki, integrate with blog, & automate uploads with GitHub Actions

Problem
I'd like to use my experience building this site as both a learning and teaching opportunity, and I'm looking for more means to teach.

Solution
Add a wiki here and integrate it with my site's documentation/blog (separate sections in the wiki), where I intend to detail the process of how I made this site and my thinking through it. Similar blogs and tutorials have helped me develop my skills as a software engineer in the past and I'd like to pay it forward.
