Backwards compatibility plugin compatibility

Ensure Joomla still functions even if the components doesn't when the BC plugin is disabled.

Just letting you know that current version (v6.0.1) definitely breaks in case of disabling "old" Joomla BC plugin (testing on J5.4 prior upgrade to J6+).

the problem is that Jplugin is deprecated in:

class PlgSystemJoomlatools extends JPlugin

I've seen that here on Github the code has already changed, but hey, FOR NOW (until new version released) it's definitely NOT compatible to Joomla 6+
