Top-Chevron-Only Dialing mode

The show/movie show two different dialing methods:

1. Movie style: All chevrons move and light up. The symbol to be locked is aligned with the chevron into which it is to be locked, that chevron opens/unlocks, the light illuminates, and the chevron closes/locks. That chevron's light remains lit while subsequent symbols are dialed.

2. Show style: All chevrons light up, but only the top chevron (# 7 @ TDC) moves. The dialing behavior is this: The symbol to be locked is aligned with chevron 7, chevron 7 opens/unlocks, and the lights for both chevron 7 AND the chevron to be encoded are illuminated. Next, Chevron 7 closes/locks, while simultaneously extinguishing it's light. The light on the just-encoded chevron remains illuminated.

• Provide a configuration variable
• Default behavior is # 1, where all chevrons move

The movie style you described isn't accurate to the movie itself, and is more of a hybrid between SG-1 and the movie. None of the chevrons in the movie lit up, which you can see in this YouTube clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n3ihWxPL5eA

David Gian-Cursio has a very good write-up on the dialing behavior of the movie and show gates (here: https://www.gian-cursio.net/2021/03/stargate-dialing/) that I referenced a lot when I first started looking into building my own gate (before finding Kristian's project)

So maybe support all three methods?
