Separate optional endpoint for Slack for non-production orgs

### New Feature Summary

I caught myself always changing endpoint for new sandboxes so that non-production org error/warning logs won't spam our main Slack channel.

It would be nice to have a setting for Slack Plugin to select if you want to send non-production org error/warning logs to the main channel or a separate one.
