Can I query by attribute values?

I'm stuck at this chapter:

So I do this:

[:find ?e
 :where 
 [?e :db/ident :person/name]
]

and it shows me 68, but I can't do this:

[:find ?e ?a
 :where 
 [?e ?a :person/name]
]

— meaning to see all the entities with their attributes that equal to :person/name. The sandbox returns just an empty result set:

Why is that?
