Tools refuse to open .outfit files

For some reason importing .outfit file works incorrectly. Sometimes it is just an empty file without any error message, others come with errors.

For me, this was because the addon was not interpreting the relative file paths in the outfit files correctly. I was able to force it by opening the file in a text editor, and replacing all the relative paths with global ones, and saving it as Haydee_global.outfit
