Add sound notifications (ala Skype) for new chat messages, users

Very interesting idea.

I wonder can this even be done? <audio> tag with a little javascript -- very 
interesting small project here.

But I foresee a need to make this configurable in settings, maybe even 
dynamically controllable during a conference by hosts (for all users) and 
individuals (for themselves).
