Scroll bar and screen flicker while scroll in browsers except firefox.

I have applied scrolldeck.js in one project. It works fine in firefox but in chrome and other browsers when i press down or up arrow the screen and scroll bar flickers . It works fine with right and left arrow keys and with space bar.
