Issue Type: Bug

In another pc i have all angular, typescript and html extension (but with only angular essentials no problem). There i can saw the sintax erros, missing tags and if i have a typo error. But when I install vs code in my home pc with the same extension i don't see the html errors.

I could write anything and i have to test manually with google chrome to know if i type wrong a word.

I ask in many sites without a solution

Example html file with a lot sintax errors: https://i.udemycdn.com/redactor/raw/2019-05-20_20-33-19-27a09d947b924703ac2b210271b804e0.JPG

Example in a friend's pc that with the same extension works: https://i.postimg.cc/rptNtY1g/37516ec8-7883-4afb-b6f6-dab4ac642dd7.jpg

PS: i'm already unistall and delete all the files from vs code, node.js, angular, etc. And then made a clean install
