Not clear where to find the plugin after installation and does not run

The plugin is not added to menu item "Plugins" but to "vector". When I click on the menu item below, nothing happens. QGIS 2.18.3. Am I doing something wrong?

Haven't updated it for a long time. Could possibly be that its not compatible with later QGIS versions. I'll take a look

Hi, is this issue still ongoing.
I'm using QGIS 2.8.2 and when I run the plugin none of my lines join.
