Arch Linux

Description

When launching LibreWolf (for example), the window initially opens on the correct desktop specified in the window rules (e.g. desktop:2), but immediately after that it is moved to the currently active desktop.

Expected behavior

LibreWolf should remain on the desktop specified in the configuration and should not be moved to the active desktop.

Actual behavior

The window appears on the correct desktop for a brief moment and then is automatically transferred to the currently active one.

Steps to reproduce

Configure a window rule for LibreWolf with a specific desktop (for example desktop:2).

Switch to another desktop (e.g. desktop:1).

Launch LibreWolf.

Observe that the window briefly appears on desktop 2 and then moves to desktop 1.
