Deploy-Sentinel and Deploy-Sentinel-Dev does not support Europe

Work-In-Progress Customize Sentinel-All-In-One v2 and Customized Sentinel-All-In-One v2 does not include West-EU.

In the Deploy-Sentinel/createUiDefinition.json and Deploy-Sentinel-Dev/createUiDefinition.json there is the current values:

                    "allowedValues": [
                        "eastus",
                        "eastus2",
                        "westus2",
                        "australiacentral",
                        "brazilsouth",
                        "southeastasia"
                    ]

In the original one you do not have such allowedValues.

Can you fix this by removing it?

I created another folder Dev-Sentinel-AllReg that has the region restrictions removed. I've put the deployment customization on the backlog as I have other priorities. If you have suggestions, you are welcome to create a pull request.
