Which file to run in order to start the game? Also, I think it'll be better to have .py files instead of .ipynb files.

you need to run DINO_GAME.

How do you install all of the dependencies?
Usualy you have to do something like
pip install -r requirements.txt
I tried to run it using VSCODE and got this error
Could not install ipykernel
