Google apps notification issues

When receiving a Google Voice notification push to the desktop app, the pushed Notification is received but then immediately followed by a GCMNotificationClear action thear clears all the notifications on the desktop app. This does not dismiss the notifications elsewhere, it just clears the desktop app notifications window.

When receiving a Google Chat notification push to the desktop app, it shows up just fine in the desktop app but does not pop up a toast.

Other messaging app notifications I tested so far appear to work as expected but only with the "Send All in Group" option enabled.

Hi. Unfortunately I don't use Google Voice myself to try it out... Is it possible that the same thing happens on the phone itself?
